Quality Management Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate, Total Quality Management to join their Total Quality Management team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the management of cross-functional implementations and projects, including stakeholder engagement and project planning
• Evaluate departmental performance through data analysis and development of Key Performance Indicator (KPI) dashboards
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to implement change management and risk mitigation strategies

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of work experience in operations and/or health insurance
• 2+ years of experience using data software such as Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, or other data analytics tools
• 2+ years of experience with end-to-end project management in a cross-functional environment
• 2+ years of experience in administering operational, quality, or analytics platforms
• 2+ years of experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and/or Theory of Constraints
