Job Summary
To support the Total Quality Management team, the remote Quality Management Associate will lead cross-functional project implementations, analyze data for departmental performance, and develop KPI dashboards while collaborating with various stakeholders.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end management of cross-functional implementations and projects, ensuring timely completion and stakeholder engagement
- Evaluate departmental performance through data analysis and metrics development, assisting in the creation of mitigation strategies
- Develop and maintain Key Performance Indicator (KPI) dashboards and perform trend analysis to identify performance drivers
Required qualifications:
- 3+ years of work experience in operations and/or health insurance
- 2+ years of experience using data software such as Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, or other analytics tools
- 2+ years of end-to-end project management experience in a cross-functional environment
- 2+ years of experience with operational, quality, or analytics platforms, including requirements gathering and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- 2+ years of experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and/or Theory of Constraints
