Job Summary
To support the Total Quality Management team, the remote Quality Management Associate will lead cross-functional projects, manage stakeholder relationships, and analyze data to drive process improvements and achieve organizational goals.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end management of cross-functional implementations and projects, ensuring timely completion and stakeholder engagement
- Evaluate departmental performance by analyzing data and metrics, and assist in developing departmental KPIs and mitigation strategies
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to formulate and implement change management and risk mitigation strategies
Required qualifications:
- 3+ years of work experience in operations and/or health insurance
- 2+ years of experience using data software such as Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, or other data analytics tools
- 2+ years of end-to-end project management experience in a cross-functional environment
- 2+ years of experience with operational, quality, or analytics platforms, including requirements gathering and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and/or Theory of Constraints
