Job Summary

To support the Survey and Risk Control team, the part-time Quality Management Coordinator will manage communication with policyholders regarding insurance appraisals, provide technical support for the ASSIST self-survey product, and maintain work order statuses in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Contact policyholders via phone, SMS, and email to explain appraisal requirements and build trust
  • Provide concierge service to homeowners using the ASSIST product, assisting with app installation and technical inquiries
  • Update work order statuses and communicate any unusual situations to management
Required qualifications
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Demonstrated emotional intelligence with strong listening and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting technical difficulties
  • Strong analytical skills and resourcefulness
