Quality Management Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality Management Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop project initiatives and performance measures for Quality Management to ensure compliance with corporate objectives and regulations
• Analyze complex data to identify improvement opportunities and recommend solutions for strategic goals
• Interact with stakeholders to promote clinical and operational improvement activities and measure performance goals of Medicare STAR Program plans

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant experience in lieu of degree
• Five (5) years of professional business experience in a healthcare environment required
• Prefer five (5) years of managed care experience
• Knowledge of project management methodology and healthcare management required
• SAS Coding, HEDIS/Quality Initiative, and State Reporting experience strongly preferred
