Quality Management Specialist

Job Summary

Partnering with leadership to enhance quality management procedures, the full-time remote Quality Management Specialist will design and implement quality initiatives, analyze process performance, and lead structured improvement projects to meet organizational and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Review and analyze current processes, providing recommendations for updates to comply with regulatory and accreditation requirements
• Lead and support structured quality improvement initiatives to reduce errors and improve performance outcomes
• Manage Quality Improvement Projects (QIPs) and ensure execution of corrective action plans (CAPAs) to demonstrate sustained improvement

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a quality management role
• Demonstrated experience applying structured quality improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, DMAIC)
• Working knowledge of managed care and utilization review accreditation standards
• High School Diploma; preference for a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills
