Job Summary
Partnering with leadership to enhance quality management procedures, the full-time remote Quality Management Specialist will design and implement quality initiatives, analyze process performance, and lead structured improvement projects to meet organizational and regulatory standards.
Key responsibilities
- Review and analyze current processes, providing recommendations for updates to comply with regulatory and accreditation requirements
- Lead and support structured quality improvement initiatives to reduce errors and improve performance outcomes
- Manage Quality Improvement Projects (QIPs) and ensure execution of corrective action plans (CAPAs) to demonstrate sustained improvement
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a quality management role
- Demonstrated experience applying structured quality improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, DMAIC)
- Working knowledge of managed care and utilization review accreditation standards
- High School Diploma; preference for a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills
