Quality Management System Consultant

Job Summary

Providing consulting services for implementation projects, the full-time Quality Management System Consultant will deliver product recommendations, manage client communications, and drive project completion in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver consulting services, including product functional consulting and business process re-engineering, for assigned projects
• Conduct QMS product training for customers and internal staff as required
• Ensure timely delivery of project deliverables while escalating unresolved issues to the project manager

Required qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Life Sciences, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in Quality, Operations, or Regulatory departments, preferably in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device manufacturing
• Familiarity with Quality Management Systems (QMS); EHS concepts are a plus
• Preferred candidates will be located on the U.S. West Coast
• Project Management experience or PMP certification is preferred
