Quality Management System Manager
Job Summary
To support a growing quality management initiative, the full-time remote Manager, Quality Management System and Supplier Quality will lead the development and sustainability of the Quality Management System (QMS), harmonize quality procedures, and manage supplier quality programs.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and improve harmonized policies, procedures, and work instructions to comply with external requirements
- Establish reports to analyze quality data for the Corporate Management Review
- Support the Supplier Quality Program by classifying and qualifying suppliers and maintaining quality agreements
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences, applied sciences, business, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years' industry experience, including 2 years of audit experience
- Knowledge of supplier quality systems, GCLP, and GMP requirements
- Experience with ISO13485 and CAP/CLIA requirements
- Strong project management skills and ability to articulate complex quality agreements clearly
