Quality Management System Specialist

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Quality Management Systems (QMS) Specialist for a fully remote, 3-month contract role, where the individual will manage R&D quality compliance, oversee document control, and support vendor qualifications while working Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and implement core elements of the R&D Quality Management System (QMS)
• Oversee and execute end-to-end Document Control responsibilities and procedural document management
• Independently perform and manage comprehensive vendor qualification activities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree minimum
• Experience in Quality Assurance within the life sciences industry
• Proven experience managing and implementing a Quality Management System (QMS)
• Demonstrated expertise in document control and vendor qualification processes
