Quality Management Systems Associate

Job Summary

To support compliance across GxP environments, the full-time remote Quality Management Systems Associate will administer and maintain the Master Control system, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and facilitating documentation and traceability.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the Master Control system to ensure compliance with GxP standards
• Manage software issues and collaborate with the service provider for timely resolutions
• Provide training and support to users across departments for effective system utilization

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 1-4 years of experience in Quality within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry preferred
• Proficient knowledge of GxPs and regulatory compliance requirements
• Experience with Master Control system
• Project Management or Computer System Validation experience preferred
