Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality Manager to join their Software Engineering team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team to implement performance testing and quality frameworks
• Monitor and analyze key quality metrics to track product performance and identify improvement areas
• Oversee audits, inspections, and tests to evaluate product quality and develop quality documentation

Required Qualifications

• BS/MS Engineering degree or equivalent
• 5 - 7 years of experience leading software quality initiatives in a SaaS environment
• Experience with cloud-based QA tools and testing in a cloud environment (AWS, Azure)
• Experience in a team leadership role with strong remote collaboration skills
• Hands-on experience developing and maintaining test automation suites
