Job Summary
Quality Manager, responsible for engaging in quality indicator monitoring, data analysis, and program objective achievement in a full-time remote role.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintains knowledge of JCAHO and regulatory standards while implementing a quality management plan
- Analyzes quality data and reports findings, facilitating improvement opportunities and interventions
- Coordinates with various departments and committees regarding quality management activities and compliance
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of operational management and financial oversight
- Ability to lead teams and foster a collaborative work environment
- Technical proficiency in office software and relevant applications
