Job Summary

To support a growing healthcare system, the full-time hybrid Quality Manager will design, implement, and manage an enterprise-wide Quality Program, collaborating with leaders to enhance patient care, operational efficiency, and financial performance.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as the facility-based quality leader, advancing the Quality and Performance Improvement Program
  • Facilitate system-wide quality programs and lead hospital and department-level quality councils
  • Conduct data analysis to provide actionable insights on performance metrics and lead process improvement projects
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
  • Master's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience in an integrated health delivery system, with at least 5 years in a management role
  • 6+ years of experience in work measurement, process improvement, and project management
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt required; Black Belt preferred
