Quality Manager for Solar Services

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Services Quality Manager (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a Quality Management System (QMS) for solar O&M and service operations
• Define and monitor KPIs for service quality, asset uptime, energy yield, and customer satisfaction
• Train service technicians on quality protocols and promote a culture of accountability and excellence

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in quality assurance or asset management in solar, energy, or infrastructure sectors
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 55000 frameworks
• Experience with solar O&M, SCADA systems, and performance analytics
• Certifications in Quality (e.g., CQE, CQA) or Asset Management (e.g., IAM Certificate) preferred
• Strategic thinking with a systems-based approach to service and asset quality
