Quality Manager I

Job Summary

Leading a team of Program Quality Engineers, the full-time Quality Manager I will oversee quality requirements for the F-35 Lifecycle Operations team, ensuring compliance and driving continuous improvement through data analysis and collaboration in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Providing clear communication of quality requirements to all affected disciplines
• Collaborating with factory and program leadership to align resources and priorities
• Driving comprehensive Root Cause/Corrective Action (RCCA) processes to closure

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 8+ years of related work experience or 12+ years of related work experience
• Sound understanding of Quality Science tools (8D RCCA, SPC, Auditing)
• Ability to execute in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Team-oriented with a desire to work collaboratively in a hybrid team
• Self-starting problem solver focused on continuous improvement
