Job Summary

A company is looking for a GCCS Quality Monitor (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and assist in the development of new GCCS Agents and provide feedback for continuing education
Audit live and pre-recorded phone calls to identify training opportunities and maintain auditing processes
Conduct training sessions and coaching for employees, and stay informed about changes in policies and procedures

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years of prior GCCS experience or a combination of experience and education
Prior customer service experience
Familiarity with the brands within the organization
Proficient in MS Office and technical platforms used by GCCS Agents
