Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality and Value-Based Care Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop an understanding of regulatory aspects of quality payment programs and ensure compliance
Manage operational needs, optimize workflows, and drive process improvement initiatives
Lead activities for timely submission of performance data to CMS for quality payment program participation

Required Qualifications:

3+ years of operational leadership experience
Experience with CMS quality payment programs and/or Value-based Care payment models
Bachelor's Degree in healthcare, business, or related field
Program Management training or certification is a plus
Able to interpret and analyze metrics to formulate improvement plans
