Quality Payment Program Specialist
Job Summary
Serving as a subject matter expert in the CMS Quality Payment Program, the full-time Quality Payment Program Specialist will analyze quality program requirements, draft reports, and ensure accurate public-facing documentation while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide historical knowledge and expertise regarding QPP/MIPS measures and program changes to the analytic team
- Develop and coordinate public-facing documentation related to public reporting for doctors and clinicians
- Review QPP/MIPS measure changes and communicate relevant updates to the team and CMS
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a clinical field or a Master's degree in Healthcare Informatics, Public Health, or a related discipline
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working with clinical quality measures
- Deep knowledge of the CMS Quality Payment Program and Medicare regulations
- Experience supporting large government healthcare programs
- Familiarity with CMS platforms and tools for compliance tracking and reporting
