Quality Performance Manager

Job Summary

Providing subject matter expertise for quality performance initiatives, the full-time National Quality Performance Manager will collaborate with various departments to manage risk and quality data, oversee project delivery, and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Manage risk and quality data collection strategies, analytics, and reporting to improve health outcomes
• Oversee quality-related projects from inception to delivery and communicate status updates to stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with quality-related regulatory audit guidelines and implement solutions for HEDIS audit success

Required qualifications

• At least 3 years of program/project management experience in risk adjustment and/or quality, including HEDIS activities
• Health care experience with functional knowledge of risk adjustment and quality
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure or SQL server for data queries
• Proficiency in data analysis, manipulation, interpretation, and reporting
• Project management experience in a cross-functional, matrixed organization
