Quality Performance Manager

Job Summary

Providing subject matter expertise, the full-time salaried National Quality Performance Manager will manage quality performance improvement initiatives, collaborate with health plan quality leaders, and oversee quality data analytics and reporting in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborates with health plan quality leaders to enhance outcomes through effective quality data collection and analytics
• Monitors quality-related projects from inception to successful delivery, ensuring compliance with regulatory audit guidelines
• Analyzes quality data to identify performance improvement opportunities and communicates progress to stakeholders

Required qualifications

• At least 3 years of program/project management experience in quality or a relevant combination of education and experience
• Health care experience or demonstrated functional quality knowledge
• Proficiency in data analysis, manipulation, interpretation, and reporting
• Strong quantitative aptitude and analytical skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a highly matrixed organization
