Quality Performance Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality Performance Specialist to coordinate and monitor quality improvement programs in the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute ongoing quality improvement processes to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
• Analyze annual HEDIS results and integrate them into departmental goals
• Develop and evaluate an annual Quality Improvement work plan and facilitate QI throughout the organization

Required Qualifications

• Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Minimum of 3 years in clinical or service quality improvement
• Minimum of 3 years in healthcare delivery
• Managed Healthcare experience preferred
• Experience with NCQA accreditation survey management preferred
