Quality Performance Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting quality performance improvement in a remote full-time capacity, the Quality Performance Specialist will manage practice-specific performance plans, provide education on quality measures, and ensure data integrity across value-based care contracts.

Key responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for improvement and develop actionable performance plans for practices
• Lead quarterly quality performance reviews and implement targeted interventions for underperforming practices
• Provide ongoing education to providers and practice staff on quality measures and optimize workflows for patient engagement

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare quality, population health, or value-based care
• Experience with quality programs such as MSSP, ACO REACH, or Medicare Advantage
• Familiarity with EHR systems and clinical documentation workflows
• Strong understanding of quality measures and gap closure strategies
• Ability to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations for practices
