Quality Platform Manager

Job Summary

To lead the strategy and execution of quality tooling, the remote Staff Platform Manager, Quality will manage product development for evaluating agent performance at scale, ensuring high-quality user experiences for Quality teams and operational users.

Key responsibilities

• Own the strategy and execution for Airbnb's quality tooling platform, ensuring a high-quality user experience
• Develop and prioritize the quality roadmap, balancing short- and long-term strategic decisions
• Collaborate with engineering to build and improve AI-powered products, analyzing data to enhance quality and performance

Required qualifications

• 9+ years of product management experience, preferably in quality, operations, or data-driven tooling
• Deep expertise in working with ML or AI-powered products and driving model improvements
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making and prioritization
• Proven ability to navigate cross-functional organizations and manage multiple stakeholders
• Proactive and results-oriented, with a passion for Airbnb's mission and values
