Quality Practice Manager

Job Summary

Providing leadership and direction for clinical, quality, and risk adjustment functions, the full-time remote Quality Practice Manager will oversee the development of clinical programs, coordinate provider engagement, and analyze reports to identify trends and recommend actions.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with departments to prioritize clinical, quality, and risk adjustment projects
• Establish and maintain tracking systems for healthcare quality improvement activities
• Manage and evaluate staff performance related to clinical and healthcare services improvement activities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Health Care, Nursing, Public Health Administration, or Business, or equivalent work experience
• 3 or more years of supervisory/management experience
• 5+ years of experience in a managed care environment
• Registered Nurse, Certified Health Care Risk Management certification, Foreign MD, or American Academy of Professional Coders certification preferred
