Job Summary
Seeking a full-time remote Quality Process Improvement Manager, the candidate will manage multidisciplinary teams to co-design and implement healthcare programs, analyze their impact, and ensure compliance with quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define program scope, objectives, and deliverables while monitoring progress
- Lead medium to large-scale projects, conducting research and implementing practice improvement tools
- Develop supporting materials and conduct pre- and post-performance analysis to enhance operational efficiency
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business, Finance, or related field with 2-4 years of healthcare experience
- Extensive experience in data analytics and leading quality programs focused on performance improvement
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly with pivot tables in Excel
- Demonstrated understanding of project management concepts and hospital operations
- Experience in developing operational documents and reports related to program management
