Job Summary

Working remotely on a part-time basis, the Quality Process Improvement Manager will lead multidisciplinary teams to co-design and implement healthcare programs, analyze their impact, and ensure compliance with quality standards.

Key responsibilities
  • Define program scope, objectives, and deliverables while monitoring progress and managing project timelines
  • Develop supporting materials and conduct pre- and post-performance analyses to enhance program effectiveness
  • Research and implement practice improvement tools to identify operational gaps and recommend interventions for efficiency
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business, Finance, or a related field with 2-4 years of relevant experience
  • Extensive experience in data analytics and leading clinical quality programs
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, including experience with pivot tables
  • Demonstrated understanding of project management concepts and hospital operations
  • Previous experience in developing operational documents and performance reports
