Quality Product Manager

Job Summary

Leading product strategy for quality capabilities, the full-time salaried Quality Product Manager will develop enhancements for a mobile platform used in in-home health assessments, ensuring clinicians can effectively identify and close care gaps during visits while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee product strategy and roadmap for HEDIS performance, Medicare Stars, and quality analytics
• Enhance workflows within the mobile platform to facilitate real-time care gap identification and closure
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate clinical requirements into effective product capabilities

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience
• 2+ years of experience in Healthcare Quality, HEDIS, Medicare Stars, or Population Health
• Strong knowledge of HEDIS methodology and NCQA standards
• Experience with supplemental data submission and hybrid medical record retrieval
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams across clinical and operational domains
