Quality Product Manager

Job Summary

Leading product strategy for quality capabilities, the full-time salaried Quality Product Manager will drive enhancements to a mobile platform used by clinicians, ensuring timely care and closing care gaps through intelligent workflows and analytics in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage the product roadmap for HEDIS performance, Medicare Stars, and quality analytics
• Enhance clinical workflows to facilitate real-time identification and closure of care gaps during visits
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate clinical requirements into effective product features

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience
• 2+ years of experience in Healthcare Quality, HEDIS, Medicare Stars, or Population Health
• Strong knowledge of HEDIS methodology and NCQA standards
• Experience with supplemental data submission and hybrid medical record retrieval
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams across clinical and operational domains
