Quality Product Manager

Job Summary

Leading the Product Quality function, the full-time remote Quality Product Manager will establish quality standards, manage comprehensive testing strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure products meet performance and usability requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end product quality strategy, including the establishment of quality standards and processes
• Create and execute comprehensive test plans, ensuring all products meet defined quality criteria
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Design teams to integrate quality into all phases of product development

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) with typically 10+ years of experience or a Master's with typically 8+ years of experience
• At least 4+ years in a supervisory capacity
• Strong understanding of software development and automated testing best practices
• Experience with Agile Software Development methodologies
• Proficiency in using Atlassian Product Suite (JIRA, Confluence) and GitHub
