Quality Program Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality and STARS Program Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee tracking and reporting of the Medicare Advantage Stars Ratings Program
• Organize and trend data to inform strategies and initiatives for Stars program success
• Serve as a subject matter expert on CMS Star and Quality program rules and changes

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree in business administration or related field preferred
• Five years of experience in the STARS field may substitute for a degree
• Two years of experience in data presentation and visualization preferred
• Strong knowledge of CMS Stars Ratings measures and related programs
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database management tools
