Quality Program Development Manager

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Quality Program Development Manager will oversee the development and implementation of quality programs, manage regulatory and accreditation deliverables, and drive data-informed performance improvement initiatives across healthcare environments.

Key responsibilities:

• Own regulatory and accreditation deliverables, ensuring timely submission and audit readiness
• Drive audit readiness by establishing scalable documentation and workflows that support compliance
• Leverage performance data to identify gaps and lead targeted quality improvement initiatives

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Healthcare Management, or Nursing
• 5+ years of healthcare program or project management experience, including 3+ years in managed care
• 2+ years of experience designing and implementing quality programs such as HEDIS, CAHPS, and STARS
• Experience in regulatory compliance and accreditation environments
• Preferred certifications include Six Sigma, Lean, or Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ)
