Job Summary
To advance quality and patient safety initiatives, the full-time salaried Quality Program Director will oversee the administrative infrastructure supporting the Division of Radiation Oncology, collaborating with clinical leaders to implement high-reliability practices and improve clinical outcomes in a hybrid onsite/remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee administrative functions supporting the division's quality and safety program
- Lead development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives and high-reliability practices
- Develop database structures and reporting tools to support quality initiatives and improve data analytics
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 6 years in a healthcare setting, including 3 years in quality improvement and 2 years in management or programmatic leadership
- Experience in healthcare quality program development and management
- Demonstrated leadership in quality and patient safety initiatives
- Completion of LEADing Self Accelerate and/or LEADing Self Discover programs may substitute for supervisory experience
