Quality Program Specialist

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Quality Program Specialist primarily working remotely in the Tampa, FL area, this role will manage quality audit processes, ensure compliance with standards, and lead reporting of KPIs while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Perform quality audits and manage triage of issues to appropriate teams
• Conduct root cause analysis of recurring issues and recommend corrective actions
• Develop and maintain reports for KPIs and audit results, presenting findings to management

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 2-4 years of experience in process improvement or quality improvement
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, charts, formulas)
• Experience in healthcare, workers' compensation, or bill review operations preferred
• Familiarity with quality management tools such as root cause analysis and PDCA
