Quality Research Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting Population Health Management initiatives, the full-time remote Quality Research Analyst will collect, validate, analyze, and interpret healthcare data to enhance member outcomes and organizational effectiveness.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and provide information for quality improvement studies and accreditation reviews
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and accrediting requirements across projects and departmental activities
- Develop reports and dashboards to support evidence-based decision-making and program evaluation
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience (4 years in a corporate environment)
- 5 years of managed care experience or experience with regulatory/accrediting bodies (URAC, NCQA, EQRO, CMS) and Quality Improvement
- Experience with healthcare analytics and data visualization tools
- Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate data-driven insights effectively
- Familiarity with quality methodologies to drive compliance and performance improvement
