Quality Review Specialist

Job Summary

Engaging in field operations and supporting production teams, the full-time Quality Review Specialist will ensure the accuracy of data in client files and company systems while reviewing quality reports and participating in the implementation of quality processes, all in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Responsible for the quality review of data stored in client files and company production systems
• Reviews quality reports to identify trends, issues, and root causes, making recommendations for change
• Participates in implementing quality processes to ensure operations maintain the highest quality standards

Required qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 0-2 years of related work experience
• Familiarity with quality review processes and data accuracy standards
• Ability to follow clearly defined procedures and complete daily tasks
• Basic communication skills for addressing internal and external clients
