Quality Review Specialist
Job Summary
To support a growing team, the full-time Quality Review Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of client annual compliance packages and valuations while providing technical assistance and maintaining high-quality communication with internal and external clients in a fully remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and ensure the accuracy of annual valuations, compliance testing, and regulatory filings
- Communicate proactively with internal colleagues to address inquiries and provide support regarding compliance and plan qualifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and improve operational workflows
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in third-party administration
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a financial services operations environment
- Experience with PensionPro and FTW is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 360, SharePoint, and PowerPoint preferred
- Strong knowledge of Internal Revenue Code (IRC) and ERISA regulations
