Quality Review Supervisor

Job Summary

Leading quality assurance and operational oversight, the full-time remote Quality Review Supervisor will manage audit support, customer escalation functions, and ensure compliance with established procedures and quality standards within the Individual Dental business.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee quality assurance activities and establish monitoring programs to enhance operational excellence
• Lead a team in managing customer escalations, ensuring effective resolution of complex issues and compliance with regulatory inquiries
• Support audit activities and monitor compliance with Federal and State regulations affecting the Individual Dental business

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent business experience required
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare, insurance operations, quality assurance, or related fields
• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong understanding of Individual and Family Plan operations and dental products
• Knowledge of regulatory environments such as Federal Exchange and Department of Insurance preferred
