Quality Reviewer Claims Analysis

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality Reviewer I.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough testing of claims before submission to clients
• Review and verify claims information for proper processing
• Analyze claims and process trends, making corrective recommendations

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Three years experience handling property and/or casualty claims with audit/quality control experience
• Must have or secure and maintain appropriate adjuster license(s) as required
• Complete continuing education requirements outlined by the company
• Demonstrate excellent work ethic and focus on improving the QA process
