Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality Risk & Compliance Specialist.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the implementation and oversight of Quality, Risk, and Compliance programs to ensure adherence to standards and regulatory requirements
  • Support the competency assessment program for staff providing telehealth care and assist in identifying and mitigating compliance issues
  • Facilitate risk management activities, including incident reporting, and coordinate internal auditing processes
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare quality, operations, or a related field
  • A master's or Doctoral degree in a health-related field is preferred
  • Strong familiarity with Joint Commission standards and applicable state and federal regulations
  • Proven experience in conducting internal audits and managing follow-up on corrective actions
  • Experience in developing and maintaining quality, risk, and compliance policies and procedures
