Quality Solutions Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Director, Quality Solutions (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee performance improvement and execution for assigned regional states within the Health Plan Performance team
• Serve as the liaison between national quality solutions organization and health plan leadership to meet key performance indicators
• Manage the QS HPP program manager and coordinate with health plan quality staff to ensure alignment with strategic goals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field (Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or equivalent experience)
• 7 - 10 years of experience in Managed Care and/or health plan quality
• Clinical experience in Accreditation, Compliance, HEDIS Interventions, and medical record abstraction
• Technical and strategy experience focused on quality interventions
• Preferred: Master's Degree in a related field and RN with Quality Background
