Quality Solutions Manager
Job Summary
Leading a team of Quality Systems performance managers, the full-time remote Quality Solutions Manager will oversee quality data and performance improvement activities, ensuring alignment with quality strategies and regulatory requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Manages the Quality Systems team, setting expectations and monitoring performance to meet departmental goals
- Supports the annual quality data submission process, including NCQA and state regulatory submissions
- Collaborates with corporate quality leaders to enhance program performance through meaningful reporting and analytics
Required qualifications
- At least 7 years of program/project management experience in quality, including HEDIS activities
- At least 1 year of management/leadership experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of managed health care quality drivers and health care industry standards
- Experience running queries in Microsoft Azure or SQL server
- Proficiency in data analysis, manipulation, interpretation, and reporting
