Job Summary
A company is looking for a Quality Specialist-Post Market.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluates complaints to determine reportability in accordance with relevant regulations
- Performs and coordinates complaint investigations and gathers additional information
- Maintains complaints log and participates in process improvements
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work across functional teams and seek input for complaint investigations
- Experience in leading projects to improve processes and recommending solutions
- Basic knowledge of Quality Systems (CAPA/non-conformances/SCARS) is a plus
- Experience with software/firmware complaints is a plus
- Must be able to work under minimum supervision and in a team environment
