Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality Specialist-Post Market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluates complaints to determine reportability in accordance with relevant regulations
  • Performs and coordinates complaint investigations and gathers additional information
  • Maintains complaints log and participates in process improvements
Required Qualifications
  • Ability to work across functional teams and seek input for complaint investigations
  • Experience in leading projects to improve processes and recommending solutions
  • Basic knowledge of Quality Systems (CAPA/non-conformances/SCARS) is a plus
  • Experience with software/firmware complaints is a plus
  • Must be able to work under minimum supervision and in a team environment
