Quality Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality Specialist to support the development and implementation of internal and external management systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of efficient systems and procedures for quality assurance of Standards System documents
• Design and implement document control, risk management, and compliance management systems, ensuring timely resolution of open items
• Operationalize the case management system and maintain its design and functionality

Required Qualifications

• At least three years of experience in standards systems and/or quality management
• Experience working with database systems and managing high volumes of inquiries
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, and project management software
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines
