Quality Specialist

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Quality Specialist will set quality standards for data annotation, curate benchmark datasets, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the quality pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Curate and maintain critical benchmark datasets to certify annotators and measure pipeline drift
• Create and update training materials and certification tests for vendor and annotator onboarding
• Conduct quality audits and evaluate annotators against benchmark data to manage QA metrics

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in data annotation and quality assurance
• Proficiency with enterprise annotation platforms such as Encord, CVAT, or Labelbox
• Exceptional judgment and attention to detail in identifying edge cases in large video datasets
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for documenting standards and collaborating with teams
