Quality Specialist
Job Summary
To support patient care initiatives, the full-time Quality Specialist will perform outbound calls regarding clinical programs and medication adherence while collaborating with quality, population health, and pharmacy teams in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct patient outreach to ensure timely medication refills and adherence to treatment plans
- Document patient care activities accurately in electronic records and navigate various EMR platforms
- Coordinate with healthcare teams to facilitate referrals and improve overall quality ratings for the clinic
Required qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Certified Medical Assistant, Certified Pharmacy Technician, or equivalent healthcare experience required
- Intermediate to advanced keyboarding skills (minimum 35 WPM) required
- 1+ years of experience in a healthcare setting preferred
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
