Quality Specialist

Job Summary

To ensure compliance with GxP guidelines and facilitate eQMS activities, the full-time Quality Specialist will manage deviations, quality events, and CAPAs while supporting client audits and regulatory inspections in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain compliance with GxP guidelines and manage eQMS activities including change control and CAPAs
• Support client audits by coordinating logistics and managing audit CAPA responses
• Analyze and investigate quality events to identify areas for improvement in the quality system

Required qualifications

• Experience with GxP Quality Management Systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with minimal supervision
