Job Summary
Supporting the implementation and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System, the full-time remote Quality Specialist - CMMI will focus on preparing for a first-time CMMI Level 2 appraisal by ensuring processes are documented, implemented, and followed in alignment with CMMI requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the deployment of CMMI Level 2 practices and coordinate appraisal preparation activities
- Develop and maintain SOPs and procedures aligned with CMMI and ISO 9001:2015 requirements
- Conduct internal compliance checks and support training related to new or updated processes
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Quality Management, Information Technology, or a related field
- 2-5 years of experience in quality assurance, process improvement, or compliance roles
- Experience with process implementation initiatives or audits (ISO 9001, CMMI preferred)
- CMMI Associate Certification and/or ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor certification preferred
- Working knowledge of process documentation and quality management principles
