Key Responsibilities

• Verify and document audit results, developing reports and evaluating corrective actions
• Identify trends and root causes of errors, recommending improved procedures for quality assurance

Required Qualifications and Education

• High School Diploma or GED
• Three years of claims, customer service, or enrollment experience, including one year in quality audit or assurance
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data accurately
• Proven ability to manage change and proactively approach work
