Quality Statistician
Job Summary
Leading quality and performance improvement initiatives, the full-time remote Enterprise Quality Statistician will conduct statistical analyses, support quality evaluation processes, and design models to enhance health outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the statistical expert for quality and performance evaluation, including study designs and analytical methodologies
- Support the Senior Director of Quality Analytics in conducting assessments using qualitative and quantitative methodologies to identify improvement opportunities
- Design and apply statistical models to predict HEDIS rates and STAR ratings for informed decision-making in quality and performance
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in statistics, public health, biostatistics, or a related field
- Minimum of five years of relevant work experience in program evaluation
- Experience in epidemiological study design and statistical analysis
- Proficiency in SAS and SQL
- Preferred experience in HEDIS and health care quality management
