Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality Success Manager in North America.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the main contact and advocate for assigned customers
  • Drive revenue growth through new product feature adoption and expanded usage
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance brand presence and customer experience

Required Qualifications:
  • 5-10 years of Quality experience in Life Sciences
  • Strong understanding of software systems in quality activities
  • Experience with eQMS implementation and organizational change management
  • Experience as a trusted advisor to customers
  • Preferred experience in medical device field and relevant lead auditor certificates
